Best Practices for Your HOA, Condo or Coop in Today’s Economy

2011 Annual Community Forum

Commission on Common Ownership Communities

The Commission on Common Ownership Communities (CCOC) invites you to our annual forum, this year dedicated to best practices and information that can help your HOA, condo, or co-op navigate the ups and downs of today’s economy. Montgomery County’s HOAs, condos, and co-ops are feeling the impact of tightened budgets, increased delinquent fees, and in some instances the threat of bankruptcy. If you are a resident in a common ownership community or a professional working with these communities (e.g. community manager, accounting, legal or real estate professional), come learn and share best practices for weathering the current economy.
